Customize the Search component
After you customize the Search component, only approved assets from the standard repository are displayed.
To customize the Search component:

On the available assets page, on the Layout tab, in the MAIN ZONE, click More actions
> Edit. -
On the Filters tab, on the System tab, click Add filter
to add a system filter and do the following:-
Select the Simple option.

Select the Definition filter type.

From the Definition list, select Asset (M.Asset).

Click Save.

Click Add filter
and do the following:-
Select the Simple option.

Select the Relation filter type.

From the Definition list, select Status (M.Final.LifeCycle.Status).

From the Field list, select Assets (FinalLifeCycleStatusToAsset).

For the operator, select Equals.

Click + Add and then click Approved.

Select Save.

Click Add filter
to create a new system filter:-
Select the Simple type.

Select the Relation filter type.

From the Definition list, select Content Repository (M.Content.Repository).

From the Field list, select Assets (ContentRepositoryToAsset).

For the operator, select Equals.

Click + Add and then click Standard.

Click Save. The page now displays only approved assets from the standard repository and the settings defined are as shown in the following example.
