Manage portal assets

Note

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

You can upload, download, delete, show, and copy portal assets.

To manage portal assets:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage Manage icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Portal assets.

  3. To upload portal assets, click Upload files Upload icon and, in the dialog box, do one of the following:

    • Click My device, select the files you want to upload, and then click Open. Optionally, to add more files, click plus sign Add more; otherwise click Upload files.

    • Click From link, paste links to the files you want to upload, and then click Import.

  4. On the Portal assets page, you can select assets and do any of the following:

    • Download icon Download selected portal assets.

    • Delete icon Delete the selected portal assets.

    • Make visible icon Show only selected portal assets.

    • Copy icon Copy selected portal assets to the clipboard.

Note

Uploading a file using the From link method creates an upload job. You can follow the progress of the job in your Background processes page. To upload larger files (1GB and above), we recommend that you use the From link function and upload using blob URLs or SAS links, so that your connection does not affect the upload job.

Tip

You can also access the Portal assets page from the Pages page by clicking Portal assets in the upper-right corner of the application window.
