Add assets to a rights profile

You can restrict an asset by adding it to one or more rights profiles. The following explains how to add and remove assets from a rights profile.

Add assets to a rights profile

  1. On the menu bar, click DRM > DRM contracts.
  2. On the Rights profiles tab, click the rights profile you want.
  3. On the rights profile details page, on the Assets tab, click + Add existing items.
  4. In the Add existing items dialog, select the check box next to each asset you want to add to the profile, and click Add.

Remove an asset from a rights profile

To remove an asset from a rights profile:

  1. On the menu bar, click DRM > DRM contracts.
  2. On the Rights profiles tab, click the rights profile you want.
  3. On the rights profile details page, click the Assets tab.
  4. Select the asset you want to remove.
  5. Click Show all items and then click Unlink .
