Add a state
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
A state flow is a collection of states, together with the transitions that let users move content from one state to another.
To add a state:

On the menu bar, click Manage

On the Manage page, click State flows.

On the State flows page, click the desired state flow.

On the state flow detail page, on the States tab, click
State. -
In the State dialog box, fill in the following fields.

Behavior configuration fields
The fields that appear here depend on your configuration. They let you select a strategy to determine what happens to the values of entities that transition into this state:

Keep - no changes are made to this entity value.

Clean - the value of this entity is deleted.

Replace all with - sets the new specified value. This lets you switch to a different work flow.

Add to existing - adds the specified values to the entity.

Find and remove - removes the specified values from the entity.

Important-
Avoid using static assignment relations in scripts that enable dynamic relations. We instead recommend creating dedicated relations, and ensuring that Allow navigation is set to true.

Do not use the Add to existing option if the cardinality of a specific member doesn't allow multiple values (for instance, OneToMany relations such as AssetType) as it will return an error upon transition. Use the Replace all with option instead.

The Add to existing and Find and remove transition options are applicable to assigned users, assigned users groups, and any other user-related field configured in your schema. However, these options aren't applicable to dynamic assignees.

Optionally, you can change the order in which states are displayed by clicking the sort drop-down list and choosing one of the following options.
Name
Description
Name
Sorts the states alphabetically, by name.
Date created
Sorts the states in the order they were created, starting with the earliest.
Sequence number
Sorts the states according to the order they are executed in the flow, starting with the first.

Click Save.
