Edit a state flow

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
A state flow in the lifecycle of a content item is considered complex when at least one state is connected to two different states. You can edit a complex state flow to change the states, transitions, and settings.
Note
You can only view a diagram and edit the flow of a complex state flow.
To edit a state flow:
- On the menu bar, click Manage .
- On the Manage page, click State flows.
- On the State flows page, click the state flow you want to edit to open its details page.
- On the details page, do any of the following:
- To add a new state, click State.
- To modify the state transitions, next to a particular state, click Edit transitions.
- To modify the state settings, such as assigned users, update status, content status, and so on, next to a particular state, click State details .
- To view or edit a diagram of a complex state flow, on the state flow menu bar, click Edit flow to open the state flow viewer.
- To change how the state flow diagram displays, in the state flow viewer, click a state and drag it to a new position.
- When you have updated the diagram as required, click Save.
- To modify the state flow settings, for example, the name, the associated details page, or email template, click Settings .
- To delete the state flow, click Delete .
