Enable state flows

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

To use state flows for a specific type of entity, the state flow functionality must be enabled for that type.

You can also enable the entity definition from the entity definition configuration page.

To enable state flows:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage cog icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Schema.

  3. On the Schema page, in the left pane, select the entity you want.

  4. In the top right corner of the right-hand pane, click Actions more options icon and select Enable/Disable.

  5. In the Enable/Disable dialog, turn on the State flow switch.
