Entity details

To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.

The Entity details component can be used to customize the primary information displayed on an entity details page. Each piece of information is known as an entity detail member, and related members are categorized using groups.

To add an Entity details component:

  1. On the menu bar, click Manage cog icon.

  2. On the Manage page, click Pages.

  3. On the Pages page, select the details page you want to modify.

  4. On the Layout tab, add the page component.

  5. Click the component to open its details page.

  6. If you want to change the default layout and behavior of the component, including how it determines which member groups can be displayed, click the Settings tab and make the desired changes.

  7. On the Members tab, enable the member groups you want to display, and then configure them as required.

  8. Click Save and close.
