Back

The Back component creates a button used to navigate away from the current page. Depending on how the page is configured, this button redirects the user to:

  • The previous page visited (Back). Clicking the left arrow left arrow navigates to the last visited page.

  • The parent page (Up). Clicking the left arrow left arrow navigates up one level in the application hierarchy to the parent of the current page.

The back button can also be hidden. On pages at the top-level whose parent is Home or pages with no page history, the back button is automatically hidden.

Tip

To add a back button, you can create a master layout that includes a Back component in the header, and associate it with the page.
