Entity operations
To configure Content Hub, you must either be a superuser or have the necessary permissions granted to you through user group policies.
The Entity operations page component lets you define which operations are available on an entity details page. For ease of use, you can also group operations within a More options menu.
The list of available operations depends on the entity definition associated with the page.
To add an entity operations component:

On the menu bar, click Manage

On the Manage page, click Pages.

On the Pages page, select the page you want to modify.

On the Layout tab, add the page component.

Click the component to open its details page, click Add operation, and do the following:

To add a standard operation, select it.

To add a custom operation, select External action.

To add an external page component, click External component action.

Configure the selected operation using the relevant options in the right-hand pane.

Repeat step 5 and 6 until you have added all the required operations.

To add a More options menu to the component, click
next to each operation you want to appear in the menu, and drag them into the MORE OPTIONS MENU section. -
To specify the appearance of the MORE OPTIONS MENU, click Edit
. -
In the More options menu dialog box, specify the following settings, and click Confirm:

The visual style of the items inside the More option menu.

Click Save and close.
